Nagabandham Twitter Talk: కంటెంట్ మీద నమ్మకం తో సినిమాలు తీసే దర్శకులకు ప్రస్తుత ట్రెండ్ లో ప్రేక్షకులు బ్రహ్మరథం పెట్టేస్తున్నారు. ఒకవేళ కంటెంట్ లేకపోతే మాత్రం ఎంత పెద్ద సూపర్ స్టార్ సినిమాని అయినా అతి దారుణంగా తోక్కేస్తున్నారు. అందుకు రీసెంట్ గా అనేక ఉదాహరణలు కూడా మనమంతా చూసాము. ఈ కారణం చేతనే కొంతమంది దర్శక నిర్మాతలు తాము బలంగా నమ్మిన కంటెంట్ పై ఎంత డబ్బులు ఖర్చు చేయడానికైనా వెనకాడడం లేదు. కానీ వాళ్ళు నమ్మిన కంటెంట్ వాళ్లకు కచ్చితంగా నచ్చుతుంది, ప్రేక్షకులకు నచ్చడం ముఖ్యం. ఒకవేళ ప్రేక్షకులకు నచ్చకపోతే ఇలాంటి సినిమాలు ఒక్క షో కూడా నిలబడే పరిస్థితి కనిపించడం లేదు. ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత అభిషేక్ నామా తొలిసారి దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తూ కొత్తవాళ్లతో ‘నాగ బంధం’ అనే చిత్రాన్ని నిర్మించారు. నేడు ఈ చిత్రం గ్రాండ్ గా విడుదలైంది. 100 కోట్ల బడ్జెట్ తో నిర్మించిన ఈ చిత్రానికి ట్విట్టర్ ఆడియన్స్ నుండి ఎలాంటి రెస్పాన్స్ వచ్చిందో ఈ రివ్యూ లో చూద్దాం.

I genuinely hope filmmakers stop making these kind of costume dramas centered around gods without having a compelling story or emotionally engaging drama to support them. Spectacle alone can never replace strong writing.

ఒక ఆసక్తికరమైన కథాంశాన్ని సరైన పద్దతిలో ఆడియన్స్ ని ఎంటర్టైన్ చెయ్యని విధంగా తీస్తే ఎలాంటి పరిణామాలు ఉంటాయో అని చెప్పడానికి ఈ ‘నాగబంధం’ అనే చిత్రం బెస్ట్ ఉదాహరణ గా నిల్చింది అంటూ సోషల్ మీడియా లో నెటిజెన్స్ అంటున్నారు. ఫస్ట్ హాఫ్ మొత్తం ఫాంటసీ , సెకండ్ హాఫ్ మొత్తం సనాతనధర్మం వైపు చూపించడం తో ఆడియన్స్ రెండిటికి కనెక్ట్ అవ్వలేకపోయారని అంటున్నారు. పవిత్రమైన ఆలయాన్ని ద్వంసం చేయడానికి హిస్టారికల్ ఆధారాలు చాలానే ఉన్నాయి , కానీ డైరెక్టర్ స్టోరీ టెల్లింగ్ సరిగా లేకపోవడం తో , ఎమోషనల్ డెప్త్ సరిగా ల్యాండ్ అవ్వలేదని అంటున్నారు. విజువల్ పరంగా కొంతమేరకు బాగానే ఉన్నప్పటికీ, అనేక ప్రాంతాల్లో VFX చాలా నాసిరకంగా ఉన్నాయని అంటున్నారు.

ఇక హీరో గా విరాట్ కర్ణ చాలా బాగా నటించారని, ఈ సినిమాలో ఏదైనా చెప్పుకోదగ్గవి ఉన్నాయి అంటే అది హీరోనే అని అంటున్నారు. ఇక హీరోయిన్ గా నభా నటేష్ , జగపతి బాబు పెర్ఫార్మన్స్ లు కూడా ఈ చిత్రానికి ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలిచాయి. ఎడిటింగ్ విషయం లో కూడా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోలేదని చూసిన ప్రేక్షకులు చెప్తున్న మాట. ఒక్కమాటలో చెప్పాలంటే ఫిలిం మేకర్స్ దేవుడిని ఉపయోగించుకొని , ఇలాంటి కాస్ట్యూమ్ డ్రామా సినిమాలను తీసి జనాలను ఉతకడం మానేయాలని , బలమైన రైటింగ్ లేకుండా ఎంత బడ్జెట్ పెట్టినా బూడిదలో పోసిన పన్నీరే అని అంటున్నారు. స్క్రీన్ ప్లే కూడా చాలా నాఅసిరకంగా ఉందని అంటున్నారు. ఓవరాల్ గా ట్విట్టర్ ఆడియన్స్ ఏమనుకుంటున్నారో కొన్ని రివ్యూస్ ని మీకోసం క్రింద అందిస్తున్నాము చూడండి.
