JAC leader Ashwathama Reddy declared they are ready to call off the strike. The JAC has seen the problems of people, employees and proposed this to the government. If the government is ready to take all the employees back to duties without any conditions, then JAC is ready to withdraw the strike.

He suggested the government not to damage the self-respect of employees. The government should not take any action on employees and has to create the same atmosphere before October 4.  If the government doesn't respond to the proposal then the strike continues. No signing in any kind of documents, said Ashwathama Reddy.

As per High court orders, all demands will be appealed to labour court. The court will provide justice to the employees. The problem will be completely solved in 3 months. I hope the government will respect the statements of High court. The order of the High court should be followed by both sides. Employees should respect the verdict of supreme court" The strike to be done to create better advantages, but not to boycott the duties', said Ashwathama Reddy.
