Easy dessert recipe - Coconut Semiyan Payasam

Ingredients

4 tbsp Infused Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut oil - Cinnamon 

Semiyan, handful

100 gms Condensed milk 

100ml Coconut milk 

a pinch of Nutmeg

1/2 cup Desiccated coconut 

1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds (optional) 

4 tbsp Pineapple chopped (optional) 

Mint leaves - for garnish

Method

Break the semiyan into 4inch long. In a pan warm up the Infused Cold Prssed Virgin Coconut Oil Cinnamon. On a low heat cook the semiyan, turn them gently using tongs. Once the semiyan browns remove them and keep aside.

In a bowl add condensed milk, coconut milk, nutmeg and chopped pineapple. Pour this milk equally into 2 glasses.

Carefully place the fried semiyan on to the payasam vertically. Drop the pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle the dessicated coconut and garnish with a mint leaf.

Serve cold.
