Janasena the party which has the ultimate response in youngsters, since formation. It emerged as a third strongest political party in AP. After 2019 elections strong leaders from Janasena are migrating to other parties. Ex-Minister Ravela Kishore Babu left the party as soon as he faced the defeat. Anakapalli MP candidate Chinthala Parthasaradhi had joined to BJP party. Another strong leader from Rajamahendravaram Akula Satyanarayana joined in YSRCP, he contested as MP a candidate. He won in the 2014 elections as an MLA from BJP party.

People who left the party says there is no priority given to them. Only a particular person after Pawan Kalyan is allowed to speak with media in all the cases. There is no proper guidance given to the members of the party they said.

Establishment of the party can be done by any individual, but taking it into the public is a hard challenge. Though the party formed years ago it failed to build its Cadre.

The image he created through the big screen can only attract some category of people. When it comes to politics it's mandatory to attract every person in the state. The policies are taken to the public from the ground level. The interaction of the leaders with the public is a must.

It is time for Pawan Kalyan to concentrate mainly on developing the JSP in rural areas. An emerging leader must stay in the public as its a key factor. Partial presence will not workout in politics, the people will look for an active politician. He should create the faith in people of AP. Janasena can easily gain support from people if they implement the policies, as they stated.
